Different cities across the world celebrate this holiday in different ways, but here at Holladay Market we’re going classic NOLA with a seafood boil Chef Demo three course Chef’s table. This won’t be like any wine dinner, chef’s table or cooking class you’ve taken at our cooking school before. Chef Callyn will show you how to boil your crawdad and then we’ll serve it up on the table and let you taste it. It’s going to be an exciting feast before celebrating a time of fasting.
We will pair this meal with alcohol, all participants must be 21 years of age or older. Please list in comments if you would like your beverage service full or no proof, non-alcohol options will be provided.
