We’re mixing it up this time around; Mike, Holladay Market’s Lead Cheese Monger, has chosen to focus this month on the Alpine Cheeses of Switzerland, France, Austria or Italy. These high mountains that stretch the length of Europe have created a delicious flavor all its own. Once we have the cheeses in Sheral, our Harmons Wine Educator and French Wine Scholar will pick the wines to go with them.
Class participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
